Dear sir I am writing to complain about your Byron Bay Branch. In my 62 years I have not dealt with such incompetence and arrogance in a business. My wife and I get the impression that no one is in charge of this branch, and it consists of a few young women doing only the work that suits them when it suits them, making promises and replying with rudeness and arrogance when questioned. We have been trying to get a claim processed since January via the NRMA. I have never made so many enquiries over a claim only to be assured that it was going through or that I would go through that day, or is was on some ones desk. When we explain we are rudely told either a} It is not an unreasonable time to wait for a claim {6 months} b} It is on some ones desk. c}It has already gone through to the NRMA d} It is the first time the person has dealt with it. Of course we keep contacting the NRMA, they contact Crawfords Byron Bay and nothing happens. The next claim we make will be absolutely not go through Crawfords. As of writing nothing has changes and I am about to deal with your arrogant unprofessional staff once more. no one is responsible .
