Very disappointed customer! I would normally not write this but I'm still very angry about how they dealt with me after spending close to 600 dollars on paint from them! They told me when I ordered two weeks before I picked up the paint that they'll mix the colour I was after until it matches the paint on the example part I've provided (a brake caliper), and when I picked it up they've given me a standard colour off the shelf. When I asked if I can see the colour (because the containers they gave me specified "red" instead of "orange"), they've realised that they've given me the wrong colour! I then talked to another gentleman in the same shop that seemed to know more about my job. He did paint a small area on the example part (the brake caliper) I've given them - It's not a great match to the example part I've left there (because it's not a mix as they specified and promised to do, but simply an off the shelf colour), and when I asked them why they can't mix some paint as they promised they told be "man it's not how we operate here, we could lose all that paint if we can't match it". Also, the freshly painted example part (brake caliper painted in chevy orange) was heavily damaged as they've dropped it multiple times, and that's what made me really upset. The brake caliper was perfect, without any nicks when I gave it to them. The paint is chipped off on a lot of edges, I can't express how disappointed I am with this paint shop! A very disappointed and forever lost customer!
