Steven D. Campbell graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1984, with a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy. He has worked in the East Valley since that time and of which has included owner and operator of Campbell Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Mesa, Arizona since 1990. He has also taken extensive courses in the area of orthopedic physical therapy that has included Level 1 and 2 of the Australian approach long-term course series by Barbara Stevens, P.T. Steven Campbell has served on the Board of Directors for the Phoenix Manual Therapy Study Group and is currently an active board member for Group One Rehabilitation Therapists.
