West Gables Rehabilitation Hospital's Outpatient Rehabilitation Program has been serving the community since 1988. The program utilizes an interdisciplinary and patient-family centered approach that focuses on assisting patients in returning to their normal lives and fully reintegrating into the community. At West Gables, the highly trained and dedicated staff will work hand in hand with our patients to overcome the various obstacles that led to their hospitalization. Whether it is an orthopedic condition such as a fracture or a neurological condition such as a stroke, research has shown that the type of rehabilitation received can make all the difference in the world. Knowing this, the team at West Gables establishes an individualized plan of care and treatment for each of its patients so that recovery is facilitated.
