Terrible customer service and staff were rather rude. Left a laptop with them for two weeks and they never had the decency to tell me they couldn't fix it (in fact they made it worse). I rang up to complain and throughout the call, the man on the other end could be heard eating an apple!!! Found out later that it's their policy to copy your data without telling you in the shop (I only found out when I was checking their website - in advance of possible legal action). So I guess they enjoy a little snoop without telling you. Had to give it one star as the system won't accept zero. Avoid is my best advice.
