Dr. Lazarski has practiced endodontics in Arizona since 2000, where he has consistently been named both a “Top Dentist” by Phoenix Magazine and one of “America’s Top Dentists” by his peers.
Dr. Lazarski is originally from Chicago, IL, and attended college at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He received his D.M.D. and Master of Public Health degrees from Harvard University in Boston, MA, graduating summa cum laude with class awards in endodontics, oral surgery and radiology. He completed his Certificate in Endodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
