CLAPPED-OUT OLD MARQUEES Chelsea Hire delivered the greasiest, most faded, most clapped-out marquee I have ever seen. Possibly the worst in the world lol! I'm chuckling now but hiring them was a really serious error. They turned up late, and the marquee was nothing like the one I paid for. The pictures on their website don't show the marquees they use. I think Chelsea Hire just borrowed someone else's images off the web. Wouldn't surprise me. The cow boy owner would not give me a discount for being late and providing the wrong marquee. Apart from being a nasty dirty marquee, it was smaller than i ordered. He even said he'd take me to court if I so much as asked for a discount in writing. He literally said that. His eye kept twitching and he looked one step away from falling to the ground and pounding his hands and feet on the lawn like a toddler having a tantrum. Nasty geezer and no mistake. Probably mentally ill. The worst part wasn't the crazy business owner or the wrong marquee that was caked in dirt. The worst was that the marquee smelled of burned bacon. Really strong smell of burned pig fat. How they managed that i don't know. (I think it would be hard to make that happen deliberately if you tried, so they must have put in some real effort to get the thing so stinky. Credit where it is due.)
