I paid £1000 for a sink unit in October 2012. The unit was never delivered and I have still not received my refund despite many promises.He even phoned to say he was queuing up at the bank to pay in our money. I contacted Trading Standards and the business is being investigated as this has also happened to other customers. We are now taking him to court.
