Cotton Mills Design House makes and supplies curtains, blinds, shutters, headboards, cushions and carpets. All of our soft furnishings are made in local workrooms. We have an enormous selection of fabrics from all over the world and a beautifully curated range of carpets, all measured and fitted by our local tradesmen in Corwall.
