Bought a 53 reg Galaxy TDI at a cost of £3600, in September 2013, less than average mileage but problems started even before I bought the car. I pointed out that the air con wasn't working, steering wheel was out of a alignment (tracking), car pulled to the left quite harshly. But going off their tagline "Reputation Beyond Expectation" I thought I would be OK. The day after collecting, windscreen wipers seized up and had to spend half a day in the garage while that was fixed. In the first six months of purchase, here's what needed replacing/repairing: NSF Inner CV Boot * NSF Outer CV Boot NS Drive Shaft * Power Steering Pump Parking Sensors * Air Conditioning Loose Front Bumper * Boot Lock not opening with key * Keeps going into Limp Home Mode (turbo problem) * = They put right (eventually) I pointed out that the Air Conditioning didn't work, despite this being advertised on the windscreen, and STILL DOESN'T as he failed (after two tries) to actually fix this. I have also had to have the power steering pump replaced at a cost of £177 as he refused to help, despite the fact it was within six months. Despite the fact they give you a 2 month warranty I found out that ANY problem that arises within 6 months they have to offer to put it right, which he disagreed with, but this is LAW. He treats you as if you're stupid, don't know anything about cars or the law. Currently taking him to court for what he refused to put right. Only thing I can give him credit for is he rented us a car for a week while ONE problem was resolved. Even then, when it came back from his "garage", it would come back with further faults. First occasion front bumper was left loose, plastic clips in boot liner were snapped off, then second time it came back with a beauty of a chip on the bonnet, down to the metal and third time it came back requiring a new power steering pump ... coincidence? I'll leave that to your judgement. Regret ever having walked on to the car forecourt.
