OMG! We never thought it would happen! Just arrived home from Birmingham Airport (Sept 2013), having been on holiday/business in the US and used this company and what a treat. We were greeted by a wonderful Driver, Richard (37) who sent us a txt prior to our arrival, explaining who he was and where we could locate him when we came out of customs. This was simply wonderful. He arrived on time as promised, helped us with our bags, made sure the car was warm. It was clean and smelt wonderful. He was so well spoken; told us the fare, stops etc. and at what time approximately, we would arrive home, all in a wonderfully articulated presentation. For a moment, we thought we were in a limo! Arrived home safely, he carried our bags to the front door and waited until we were safely inside. What a great service; now why can't all Taxi and Drivers in Wolverhampton be like this? 10/10 for Richard, well presented, well spoken and great service; a credit to ABC Countdown Taxis! In our opinion this man is wasted as a Taxi Driver, he should be a high end driver for Richard Branson!...lol!
