this contractor failed to supervise his team, left circuits not working and loose sockets on a live power circuit. This after he maintained the system was 'completed, tested and checked'. Unbelievably, the contractor described these and other issues as 'the usual snagging list' - as if this is an everyday experience for his customers! One to avoid
