Universal Collision is the worst body shop in the city, they do damage to the vehicle and take no blame for it, after repeated attempts to get this dealt with their Manager PJ is an absolute UNprofessional. The front staff are rude, when there is a problem they cause they should take responsibility, I will tell everyone I meet to NOT go here, They figure they have BIG business behind them because of Capital.. people will figure out that they are unreputable and take no ownership for problems the cause, they cant even put a windshield in properly, then they try and blame me like I was the one who installed it. SHAME ON YOU PJ and your whole staff. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OUTCOME from this place. GO ANYwhere else is better than here.
