Mr. Krashinsky is a horrible lawyer. Do not retain this person. He is not knowledgeable and is strictly in it to get your money. I paid him over $14,000 dollars and he did absolutely nothing for my custody case. Then sent sent me to Collections for $1,300 because I refused to pay the rest of his bill because he consistently refused to follow instruction. Even though the instructions I gave him was based on information I received from other lawyers. When I gave him those instructions, he agreed and said he would make a point of stating what I asked. Then when the time came, never said a word to the Judge and when I asked him why, he said that it wasn't important and wouldn't have made a difference. However the Judge that ruled in my case, pointed out that I didn't make the statement to the court that I had asked Krashinsky to make. When you ask him a question, he will refuse to answer you, and instead demean you, undermine you and even laugh in your face.
