One star is too good for this company. I am an owner of an investment property that WAS under their management. They are unresponsive, negligent with my investment, unaccountable, and lack transparency. The company owner, Warren Hill, has the arrogance to completely ignore the concerns of customers. Their real estate division, Trafalgar Real Estate Services, has an agent (Chris Clarke) who is good at finding good tenants. Unfortunately Hill Property Management Group Inc. is the sister company of this real estate brokerage and Chris Clarke will encourage property owners you to use their management services. I strongly advise that, if you own investment property, do not get involved with Hill Property Management Group Inc. If you are renting a place to live, I reccommend that you avoid properties managed by Hill Property Management Group Inc. Even after being terminated, Warren Hill continued to try to collect rent from my tenant. Even when a complete accounting of my rental income was requested by my lawyer, he proved himself a liar by promising to provide it and having the arrogance to ignore the deadline. From my experience, Warren Hill and Hill Property Management Group Inc. operate in a fraudulent manner in an industry that is, unfortunately, unregulated in Ontario.
