This organization is very poorly organized. Manager thinks his a 1940's dictator. Treating clients with the kind of disrepect I have never seen from a business in my life. How do you stay in business? You need someone else to manage the place Mr. Gartner, or put a leash on your manager. At least 2 Pond Hockey teams will be leaving for good once the summer season is done, after many years of patronage. We were good clients brining you lots of $$$. What gives with the crazy manager ? You know there are so many other solid options out there. NTR's customer service is disgusting. Convienience is one thing, but I'll drive a few more k to get the kind of service a paying customer deserves. I am writing this on behalf of many disgruntled parents, coaches and teams. The Manager needs to change or go. No middle ground here. I predict NTR Richmond Hill will last 2 years at most under the current management. It's a great location, why have it all spoiled by one nut job. We won't be back next year. Put him in an office upstairs where he doesn't need to deal with the public. Get some one that knows a bit about customer service. This guys just a disgruntled ex player with a really bad attitude.
