It was only after eating at this little gem called Greek Pitas that I realized my deep love for Mediterranean food. This little restaurant in Windsor is tucked away in the midst of Glengary, home to some real flavored eateries. I took the Chicken Kebab pita roll-up with cucumbers, tomatoes, hummus, chicken pickles, and tahini sauce. The grilled Pita has a warm inside, with a slightly crispy outside. It is about as best as a pita can get, I wonder. The other wonder of this eatery is the sugar-less homemade honey baklava. Oh my God, it turned out to be the best baklava I have ever had in my life from my Greek friends earlier. This baklava blows that right out of the water! In my opinion, the price seems reasonable, given the amount of food you get. The service providers are friendly that has added yet another reason for my love of GreekPitas.
