My personal advice is that try to avoid having Dr. Jeremy Wong as your OB unless you absolutely have to! I’ve been seeing him for the past year not only his receptionists are unprofessional and rude also he just doesn’t have time for his patients. As an OB or any doctor if you simply don’t have time to talk to and listen to your patient then doesn’t matter how knowledgeable you are you can be considered as a responsible OB/GYN. In my opinion he is way over booked. His waiting time on average in any day is about at least 2 to 3 hours. Once you get to finally see him you barely have maximum 5 minutes with him. At the same time his receptionists are simply disrespectful to the patients. Impatient and rude! I understand you are there 5 or 6 days a week and at least 8 hours a day but it doesn’t give you the excuse to be mean to the patients! I recently transferred to a different clinic. I only wish I had done this sooner instead of wasting my time there for nothing! Very disappointed at Dr. Jeremy Wong! No work ethic at all!
