I wanted to get my teeth whitened, so the first thing I did was research several of the dentists here in the area. I wanted to choose someone with experience who was well trusted. After reading dozens of positive reviews about her, I choose Dr. Archer. The office staff was very friendly. They greeted me right away and made me feel very welcomed. I felt as if I were more than just a chart or the next patient in line. I had a few questions about how the process worked and also about my payment options. The staff at Rosedale Family Dental Care answered every question that they could. They wrote down questions that were for the doctor or oral hygienist in my chart. All of my interactions with the staff in the front of the office made me feel comfortable. After a very short wait, it was my turn to meet with the dentist. My stomach started to get butterflies again as my name was called, but Dr. Archer quickly made me feel at ease. She answered all of my questions. Then she clearly explained the procedure and also what I should do when I got home. She was very professional and kind. The tooth whitening procedure went exactly as she said it would. I would definitely recommend Rosedale Family Dental Care to my friends and family!
