My elderly mom had water coming up from the drain in the basement that connects to the kitchen sink and the laundry basin. Sergio went out to rent a snake to clear it but didn't tell her this, that he doesn't own the equipment. He sealed the opening around the drain with a bit of cement and said the problem was solved. For this he charged $385. The water continued to come up through the cement around the drain. I called and he said he would let me know when he's coming over to fix the problem. He didn't keep his word, never came back to fix the problem and no longer answered my calls. Very shameful for a company to take advantage of a Senior. Obviously, I don't recommend Sergio at Euclid Plumbing and Heating. Photos of the job are available. I would give zero stars but not possible here.
