RCR, located in Ottawa, has been operating since 1962. Since 1886, Horse Racing has been Canada’s oldest form of legal gaming. Today it has evolved and is flourishing in Ontario as an exciting sports spectacle.

Canadians and tourists gravitate in Ottawa to experience Canada’s Capital, the home of its democracy, site of architectural and historical significance and a wealth of culture and activities. As a result of this regional vitality and especially since slot machines were added to its completely renovated facility in 2000, millions of visitors have been attracted to RCR, representing marvelous opportunities to promote the sport of Harness Horse Racing to a new clientele.
