Since first being licensed as an agent in 1989, the broker has specialized in investment properties for the small investor including our own properties. Moreover, as a licensed contractor, our in house staff can handle most of your service requests internally, from backed up plumbing to minor electrical problems and more. We can also update your kitchens or bathrooms, repair or replace fixtures, or just make your house, condo or apartment ready to rent again. Other services we provide are consulting, discount listing assistance and FOR SALE BY OWNER services as a Web Broker. Our a-la-carte services include MRIS listing only, limited listing services, comparable sales data and Landlord & Tenant court assistance.
