Trillium Care Bloor is a 25-bed Retirement Home in Toronto.
We provide care for Residents living with advanced dementia and complex physical care needs. Residents with Assisted living care needs which include lifts, Wheelchairs, etc. All charges for care are ONE FLAT price there is no additional cost.
We have 24/7 nursing, PSW and access to NP 24/7. This includes PT and recreation.
