We are here to guide you in the right direction and help you make the difficult decisions in your life. Counselling/coaching focused on assisting individuals and partners to move forward in their lives, with courageous vulnerability and joyful freedom. Providing support and guidance in creating authentic, open intimacy and the fearless embracing of each person's heart desires. Whether relationship with self or relationship with others, being able to be authentically present and available is a must for true intimacy and connection. Western culture doesn't encourage this. Instinctual self-protections won't encourage this. Often, family systems don't encourage this. So, in order to break free of limiting patterns and fears, we need to wake up to what's driving our internal choices, take an active role in negotiating our chosen path, and embrace who we are, what we want and the will to go for it.
