With a company like Langley Hyundai there should be a zero star option We were extremely disanointed with Langley Hyundai. After a somewhat pleasant beginning it all went downhill. A promised dealer installed backup camera was never delivered although they confirmed it was ready when we checked the day before pick up. Promised us hey would fix it and after chasing them for almost a week they reneged on it altogether. Our sale rep Tyler went M.I.A. and completely silent. The sales manager Adam, in my opinion is the most unprofessional business person I have even dealt with. I wish I had read the reviews about this dealership before purchasing a car from them. Hope anyone reading this will make a better decision than I did.
