Excellence in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, LLC (EOMS, LLC), was established in 2004 as a solo practice. Dr. Vetter has been in private practice since 1990, practicing in a group practice setting from 1990-2004. As an oral & maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Vetter specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions of the facial bones, jaws, teeth and related structures. The team at EOMS, LLC strive to deliver treatment with care and compassion. We have designed an office that is unlike any other oral & maxillofacial surgeon's office, with a focus on providing you with a feeling of calm and soothing.
