Dr. Mayhew has truly found his calling in endodontics as he serves Southern Colorado. For six years, he enjoyed treating patients from Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. His referring dentists gave him the great honor of being named, Texas Super Dentist. He has been working in Colorado Springs fro over three years and has been honored with the "5280 Top Dentist Award".

Teaching and clinical instruction were highlights of his time at the University of Louisville. Dr. Mayhew has published several research articles in the Journal of Endodontics on post retention and nickel titanium files, which are a vital part of his practice today.
