Awful Customer Service
Non responsive, won't respond to fix ANYTHING - but lies and says "there's a work order". Unethical - didn't disclose things about the house we rented.

Un-ethical Company, especially Lance!
Lance doesn't fix anything, doesn't return phone calls and WILL steal your security deposit. He is a cowardly man and a slumlord!

Decent service But dont expect to get your deposit back.
This companys customer service is pretty good and they take care of reported problems rather fast, But if you rent form them dont bother cleaning when you move out.
