Hi There,I am Daniel Muldoon of Muldoon Associates, Inc.  I have been a licensed REALTOR for all of my adult life!  I have managed rental homes for over 10 years, helped buyers purchase homes, assisted sellers in selling homes, and worked with investors buying rental properties.  I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Colorado Association of REALTORS, Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS, Pueblo Association of REALTORS, National Association of Residential Property Managers, The Landlord Protection Agency, and the PPAR Young Professionals Network.  I spend a lot of time in these organizations in order to stay up with tenant landlord law, Colorado law affecting real estate sales or management, and also to separate myself from other real estate brokers by being held to a higher ethical standard.
