Dr. Raksha Dave-Gates, R. Psych. (Fam.Soc.Sci.)

With over 15 years of experience in counselling individuals, couples and families, Dr. Dave-Gates works jointly with her clients to support them to reach their goals effectively. She has completed a B.Sc. in Psychology (with distinction) and a M.Sc. In Clinical (Community) Psychology from The University of Calgary. She completed her Ph.D. in Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota where she expanded her expertise in working with clients within their relationship and cultural contexts. While she has a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other therapy approaches, she works with her clients to explore strategies that are most suitable for them.
