Karate for Adults and Kids, serving the local Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, AZ area. Get a workout while having fun and learning new skills. Our motto is "Character development through the life protection arts." We specialize in the style of Ryukyu Kempo with roots in Shorin Ryu. Our training is well-rounded with solid self defense techniques. We teach groundfighting and traditional Okinawan weapons to our experienced karate students, with instructor approval. In addition, Basic Hatha Yoga is offered Tuesday mornings to promote relaxation and injury prevention.
