Excellent Customer Service

My cat had been attacked by something. I didn?t notice until her face had almost doubled in size from the swelling! I was horrified to find a huge open wound on her face. So, I tried my best to clean it with peroxide and put Neosporin on it. I called the next day to Sea Island Animal Hospital and set an appointment for her. She was in a lot of pain and she was scared we arrived at the clinic. The veterinarian and technicians there were so delicate, patient and kind, not only to her, but they calmed me down, too. I was so worried about what could have gotten to her, (a snake, or rabid animal or something).

They took her in the back and tended to her. When they brought her back to me, they told me how sweet she was and how she didn?t misbehave, claw, or scratch. They gave me her medication and I left. I felt so much better after leaving the clinic and she didn?t appear as bad, either.

A few days later, I received a phone call from her vet; she wanted to check on my cat's recovery. I thought that was wonderful! She told me to call if I had any questions. About a week later, she called back again to check on her. I thought that this showed a genuine interest in the well-being of my pet. It was not all about getting my business or making money.

Soon it was time for my cat to get spayed. Again, I received the same service. I would call and check on her progress and they would let me know. They didn?t appear to be annoyed because they understood that to some people, a pet is like a child?not just a pet, but a family member. My pet was even released early and the surgery was even less expensive than she initially told me it would be. The vet had made several follow-up phone calls just like before.

If you can find consistent, behavior, most likely that is the norm for that person or company. With Sea Island Animal Hospital, I found just that. I would recommend Sea Island Animal Hospital to anyone who may be looking for a vet.
