Terrible Service Department
The Service Department is a complete rip-off! They lied about what was wrong with the bike, they claimed an outrageous amount that it would cost to fix it. Then, when we went to pick the bike back up (after we told them we weren't paying that much), the bike was in pieces, they gave us back the parts in baggies. AND, some parts were missing! I had to call and complain just to get the rest of my parts back. I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone! We had a lot of people tell us not to go there, but we didn't listen.

The part was defective and after paying a mechanic to put it on and take it off Honda Yamaha of Savannah wanted $90.00 to restock the part after he took it back as defective. They lied about the ability of their Techician Norm and the Female Manager was aggressive and hostile when we were trying to rationalize with her about getting a refund for a DEFECTIVE part. They Suck!!! Honda Riders go to Statesboro or on line to buy parts. This place Sucks!!!!!!! The Parts Receptionist Ty is a Liar too!!!
