Save your money and buy a new one...
Okay, I'm giving these guys the benefit of the doubt with 2 stars, I really am. The first appointment, I called 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and they informed me that they would be late. I'm staying home from work and they can't make it to their appointment on time. Then they tell me what I already know. They give me a very pricey quote, but honestly, it seemed in line. They fixed my oven (and bent the handle of it) and departed. Something didn't work right, so after a month of trying to determine the problem...sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. I called them back and made another appointment for them to come back in. Like my previous appointment, I called 30 minutes before...they informed me that they would be late, again. I called back and canceled. Then, miraculously, they found time for me. I want you to be happy, he said. Me too, I replied. So my wife and I bought an new oven from Lowes.
