Belden Real Estate Management of Utah is a full-service, property management company family owned and locally operated in the State of Utah. We are not a franchise or a branch of a large company and focus on a much more personal but professional property management service for our clients. We care about the owners and investors we manage property for as well as the tenant customers we rent properties to. For these reasons and many more, we maintain many of the same clients since we started our business in 2007.
