I had the same exact experience in April of 2014, almost one month before the end of our rental agreement, the threats started flying. It was a terrifying experience. I am currently in the process of getting my $1050 deposit back in small claims court. You can email me at informdanny@gmail.com if you too are a victim of Hayes Rental LLC and it's property manager Brad Nalder. Hayes Rental is owned by I will also say, Brad is a very nice person up front, when you sign the papers, and up until the end of the contract is when he tries to keep your deposit. The tenant before me had the same exact issue. If this keeps up, Hayes Rental LLC might have a class action suit against it. Brad also tries to come across as if he is the owner, he isn't he's just the property manager, I have looked up the companies articles of incorporation, Glenna M Hayes and Delbert K Hayes are the owners (my guess is Brad is family, how else could he get away with how he treats his customers).

*WARNING* I would highly discourage any potential client of Hayes Rentals LLC from dealing with this company. The owner (Brad Nalder) is very threatening, loves to intimidate, and when your contract is over, they will attempt legal action to try to get as much money as they can from you. This is for renters and property managers alike. A quick Google search for Brad Nalder will bring up many court actions that he has taken, and anyone doing business with him will most likely end up in court after you think your business with them has terminated. That is, unless you succumb to his threats before you get that far. I have had nothing but bad service as a client, and now deal with weekly threatening emails now that our relationship is terminated. Most of his emails go to spam since he writes most of it in ALL CAPS. I have never met a person or business like this and hope this is fair warning to anyone who might consider doing business with HRLLC or Brad Nalder at any point in the future.
