Our Story

Heritage Care Center has been providing quality long term and post-acute care to Northern Utah County for more than 30 years. We pride ourselves on treating each resident entrusted to us with the utmost of dignity and respect by friendly, caring staff. We offer several levels of care including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care and assisted living.

At Heritage, our staff strives to live up to our foundational belief of “We embrace a reverence for life and a heart for healing” which is reflected in our sense of community and the compassionate care each of our residents receives from caring and compassionate staff members.
