Cool service
We needed to buy a central air unit. We were cautious to do this independently because we have heard so many horror stories about air conditioning people. We called around to several different companies, and settled on Alta Air coming to give us an analysis of what we needed. When they came out they were very professional, and explained things in depth. We knew a little bit from the research we had done, and everything they told us was consistent with what we had found. When they came to install the AC they were very professional and friendly. We had a small problem after they installed it, but the person who installed it made an effort to come out earlier than the office had scheduled it. The only complaint is that they failed to submit our paperwork to our utility company for a rebate, twice.
