These guys went the extra mile:
My water heater started leaking, it was only 5yrs old so I called Maxfields who originally installed the heater, they told me that it should be under warrantee but that it might be hard to find the brand...

Expensive and Messy

Expensive:
Charged extra $55 because he needed to go buy a piece of wood. Total bill was $305, of that $290 was labor. The job took less than 2 hours, and that includes the trip for wood and two long phone calls. It was an easy job. ...
