They get the job done

Hagen Collision fixes dents in yor car and if you get in an accident they can tow your car away and find you a ride home.

On the surface, they do a good job. I don't have any complaints with them, but they also don't go the extra mile.

They fix your cars, and they look fine, but they don't go out of their way to make it super nice or to have you leave happy with their work so you'll come back.

They are a big company with lots of work, so they know what they are doing, and you can count on them getting the job done and not messing up. This is important when it's your car they are fixing.

PROS: Get the job done in a timely manner
CONS: Not super great customer service
