Before Martins Collision Repair, Sergio Martins worked for a major insurance company and Ori Martins worked for an auto body repair shop. They often discussed their jobs together, and had an idea to open an auto body repair shop that would focus on providing the best customer service while having the ability to handle all insurance claims. In 1997, the brothers saw the opportunity to make their idea a reality. They took a chance by buying their own shop and opening on November 1st, 1997.
