I've had nothing but negative experiences with this place:
- They gave me the wrong computer when I came to pick up mine. I was the one who had to alert them to the problem.
- They didn't load up my old files and programs onto the new...

STAY AWAY.. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE

Stay away from this place. They have the worst techs, and the worst customer service on the planet.
They installed a new hard drive on my son's laptop and put a non active or pirated version of windows on it. They kept the old hard drive...

Very helpful

Very helpful. I had heard of PC Laptops through a friend who bought a laptop through them. He said they were great, so I bought my new laptop through them also. It was really nice to be able to talk to someone who actually wants to help.
