Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology - Broomfield Campus

The mission of Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology is to provide career-oriented degree programs in aviation and technology. Situated on the front range of Colorado with breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains, Spartan College, formerly known as Redstone College, is located in Broomfield, a small town between Denver and Boulder. Spartan College Broomfield is a 52,000 sq ft site that sits adjacent to Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. This campus trains students in two technology based disciplines - Aviation Maintenance Technology and Aviation Electronics Technology (Avionics). Equipment on campus includes over 80 powerplants such as two Rolls Royce RB 211-22B turbine engines, IFR6000 test equipment, an ADSB test system and multiple aircraft to work on - all to provide students with the most optimal learning experiences possible. The campus houses shops and labs for a total learning experience. Facility highlights include: Air-conditioned, well-lit classrooms furnished with AV equipment and customized training aids.
