Louis H. Budke established Arrow Finance Company in 1946 with the idea that there was a need for a loan and finance company to help the blue-collar workers and those who were unable to obtain loans from traditional banks.

65 years later, our company still has those same goals. We finance pre-owned automobiles that are affordable but that traditional banks view as not worth their time. We also provide personal loans to individuals who have proven they are responsible, but have no other means of obtaining needed funds.

We are not a 'Pay-Day' or title loan company. We are a loan and finance company that is regulated by the laws and regulations of the State of Missouri.
