Dr. Mia Scott grew up in Durham, Connecticut, and completed her undergraduate studies at Tufts University in Boston. After completing her family medicine residency at Presbyterian St Luke’s Hospital and HealthONE hospitals in Denver, she decided that she wanted to create her own practice.
Dr. Scott created APEX Family Medicine to fulfill her passion of creating a community hub and safe haven for the diversity of patients in the Denver area. Since the grand opening in 2002, Dr. Scott has grown APEX Family Medicine into a full medical practice with a strong team by her side.
