April Tyus-Myles, MD

April Tyus, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician and has been practicing since 2002. She graduated from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Southern Illinois School of Medicine Pediatrics Residency Program.

Dr. Tyus is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, National Medical Association, Mound City Medical Society and is an Instructor of Clinical Pediatrics at Washington University School of Medicine.

She is active in the St. Louis community by helping to coordinate health fairs along with blood and bone marrow drives. She has also served as a board member to several local organizations that promote improving the health of children, and has volunteered as a speaker to educate students about her career path.
