Use caution, there seems to be a real problem, many times the same trip will have different charges. Drivers are not told the real information required to make the industry profitable. The company refuses to write a contractor any type of productivity review, a driver may know they did 18 deliveries in a given day, however there is no paper trail or records provided by CJ's to reflect a drivers real earnings due. For those just starting in the industry I'd say you time is better spent with almost any other St Louis company, Eric is a very poorly organized business man and will consume anyone who is overly trust worthy towards him. The client base is spread over 3 counties and he does not pay dead head miles, he tried to run me as far as 50 to 60 miles for package pickups. Then payed maybe $15 for my efforts In recap, be careful know the industry. Be alert he will screw anyone he thinks he can.
