GOOD LUCK!!

It's not like you have much of a choice who your water company is, but if you have to use KMB, GOOD LUCK!! I have been dealing with this company for the last 6 years, and I would never purchase a home where they were the water provider again! Ridiculous!! The customer service is the worst I've ever come across. They are trying to charge me for two bills that occurred after I moved from the home, and the utilities were out of my name. I bought a house over a year ago, and they are still trying to get me to pay for the next two renters!! Unbelievable!! Then when I try to call and talk it out with them, the office manager Caroline actually says she doesn't care what I have to say!! Great Customer Service!!!!
