Robin Amadei, JD, owns Common Ground Mediation Center, LLC, Boulder, CO, a mediation, training, facilitation, workplace assessment and conflict coaching organization, Her mission is to help people become excellent communicators and problem solvers so that they are empowered to resolve conflict, enhance skills, and meet goals for success.

Robin's mediation practice is focused primarily in the employment, real estate, business, international, and family areas. She has been an Assessor/Executive Coach and Visiting Program Manager for the US Office of Personnel Management, Western Management Development Center since 2006. In these capacities, Robin has worked with personnel from dozens of federal agencies.

Since 1994, Robin has been an adjunct professor at the University of Denver, teaching mediation and negotiation classes. She provides training for corporations and government in the areas of conflict management, negotiation, facilitation, mediation, and effective communication.

Robin is a published author in the field of mediation and team-building in organizations, is considered to be a leader in the mediation community, and often serves as a mentor and coach for newer mediators.
