ONEWAY Construction is a family-owned and operated General Contractor. We have proudly been serving the St. Louis, Earth City, St. Charles, St. Peters, Earth City, Maryland Heights, Florissant, O’Fallon, and Southern Illinois areas since 1996. Tony Lanzone founded the company to serve his community while carrying his faith into business. ONEWAY is proud to be a faith-based company and provide excellent workmanship and service to all its customers. ONEWAY’s specialties include residential and commercial roofing and siding. However, we can handle most interior and exterior projects, including remodeling, restoration services, roof repair, hail damage repair, water damage, and new construction. Our dedicated staff will inspect the project at no cost and provide a free, written estimate for jobs of all shapes and sizes. We also have insurance specialists on staff to help our customers through the insurance claim process, if needed. This includes walking you through the steps of filing a claim, submitting supplements and work orders to your insurer, and helping you collect final payment on damage to your home or property.
